Our peach salad using organic peaches from Brentwood, CA only an hour away.

The moment we tried the peaches we knew they were different. Frog hollow only harvests peaches when fully ripe, unlike many other producers who pick early. They have natural sweetness, tender flesh, balanced acidity, and bold aroma ; which is why we designed this dish around it specifically with Marshall Honey in SF, which smells of dry wildflowers.

We infuse honey with elderflower, lemon balm, varying dry spices, and lemon, to that we add ch*****ne vinegar and sea salt. When ordered, we grill peaches on the exterior, leaving most of it still fresh. Then we add pickled mustard seeds, toasted almond, sesame seeds, and lots of tarragon and basil. To top it off and round the dish out we add burrata from DiStefano with a drizzle of Mission Trail by Sciabica.

Will only be around until we run out of peaches next month! Hope to see you around!

As per Will's request and popular demand, we will be offering the bacon and blue cheese crust for a limited time and will only be available upon request- so ask your server!

The crust is made with Point Reyes blue cheese which melts beautifully and has a balanced sharpness to it with a peppery finish.

Remember- it's by request only, so ask your server!
