The City of Modesto has officially proclaimed Saturday, September 27th as Lowriding History Day. To mark the occasion, the Latino Chamber of Commerce invites the community to a free celebration in the 10th Street Plaza, honoring lowrider culture and its deep roots in Chicano and Mexican-American history. Enjoy classic cars, live music, and family fun throughout the day — and don’t miss the FREE screening of Lowriders at 2:00 PM at The State Theatre. 10 AM-3 PM | FREE event.
