We’re featuring these juicy beauties in a TOMATO BACON CAESAR sandwich. Mhmhmmm, ya heard that right!! 🥰Thickly cut heirloom tomatoes, Hobbs' bacon, the yummiest scratch Caesar dressing, parm, a lil Sciabica's Olive Oil, all held together on our toasted sourdough.

Affectionately named the “H Street Block”, our French toast is here to represent all the vibrant life and goodness happening in our little pocket of the world in downtown Modesto. Layers of croissant generously doused in a sugar n’ cinnamon cream, baked to crispy edged perfection and brought to life with real maple syrup, blueberry sauce and powdered sugar for some glam. So delightfully simple and oh so delicious! Served allll day long 🫶🏻

Enjoy Lucille after hours during this fun mini photo shoot! Book your spot and choose between a coffee or glass of wine. Receive ten professional portraits (or 15 if you book your slot with your partner/spouse/bestie!) Friends can also book back to back sessions for larger groups. Photos will be taken in specific locations in the café, and then you can stay and enjoy your drink as others take their photos. We look forward to seeing you there!

Our AMAZING chef is getting closer and closer to meeting her baby boy 🩵and will be heading out on her maternity leave soon.

Though we will miss Shannon’s bright smile, skilllsss and leadership in the kitchen for a few months - we are so happy to watch her step into her most beautiful, and most important role yet! The role of MOTHER💐

Once Shannon returns back in the arms of her kitchen, she’ll not only be overseeing Lucille but Dandy Donut too as our Executive Chef over both operations!! 💃🏼

As our families grow, so shall our team at Lucille. We are looking for a professional, passionate and dedicated cook to join our back of house crew and begin training under Chef Shannon’s wing before she steps off the line and into sweet baby bliss.

Almostttt too pretty to eat - our EARLY BIRD brekky sandwich is a loving assembly of avocado spread, carrots, grated beets, alfalfa sprouts, cucumber salad and herbed cream cheese on our house made “everything” focaccia with a healthy drizzle of olive oil for extra scrumptiousness and curb appeal 💅

You can add bacon (pictured here) and/or eggs how you like em for some extra protein and a little, very much worth it, mess. Otherwise this beauty is GOOD TO GO for the vegetarians out there and can be made vegan sans the cream cheese.

The Early Bird and its other breakfast friends are available alll day long ☀️☀️☀️

**Job Requirements**
•Ya gotta be a nice person. Where kindness comes naturally and it makes you happy to bring joy and warmth to others!
•We’re so lucky to be a dang busy café - so it’s a must that you’re someone that truly enjoys a fast paced, steady, high-energy work environment.
•Must be 21 or older.
•Prior restaurant/service/foh industry experience (!!)

BONUS: barista skills and/or have knowledge of wine.
