So yesterday I stopped by my favorite local brewery to see my good friend Jonas. He had this collab beer he had been talking about that he did with amongst about 25 other people involved in the collab. For a few weeks every time we talked I could feel his excitement for this community collab they had put together. I could hear his passion in this beer and how it was a huge community event and how he wanted to bring the beer world in the Central Valley back together. Also heard he cooked an amazing spread for everyone to eat while brewing the beer. It was a heart warming story and I would have been there but ended up having a vacation planned that week so couldn’t attend.
You all know Food Fix is hella local and all about community so I just had to give a shout out to my boy and all the people involved in this beer because it blew my mind!

I have always never been a fan of triples especially hazy triples. But this heavy hitter tastes like a single!! So watch out! It will get you. I am hoping to get a little on tap but pretty sure you are going to have to go to persuasion to get it in Modesto or one of the other places that he collaborated with to get it. Try the el pastor burrito bowl as well. It’s my go to! 😋
