Mac n Cheese Cooking Rules:
-Make your Mac However You want, Show Your Style, Make it Good, Make it Cheesy & Make it Your Own (Remember if Your Mac Wins the Grand Prize & Gets Featured on our Menu it Might have to be Altered, as little as Possible of Course, to be Restaurant Service Friendly)
We will provide:
-Tables
-Service Cups & Utensils for Judges/People’s Choice to Taste your Mac
-Standard Sized Chaffing/Food Warmer Dish & Heating Elements (Let us Know if you DON’T Need this & if you Need Epplectricity let us know)
You Need to Provide:
-A Sign with Your Team Name
-Your Mac N Cheese in a Standard Size Hotel Pan (Unless you are Bringing Your Own Warming Unit Which Let us Know if You Need Electricity)
How it is Going to Go Down:
1)Must Arrive by 11am September 5th
2)Must be set up by 11:30am for the Judges Tasting
3)People’s choice Tasting will Start at 12 Noon
4)The Customers that come in will get 3 Tickets to vote for their 3 favorite Mac N Cheese.
5)You Should Make at least One Standard Hotel Pan of Your Mac n Cheese (If you run out of Mac no one can give you a people’s choice ticket)
We will Announce the Winners when Everyone is out of Mac n Cheese & all the Peoples Choice Tickets are Counted
