I cooked one of my favorite dishes this afternoon for a late lunch. Spinach snd Ricotta Cheese Raviolis with Funghi Sauce. I added bacon, spinach and topped it with a couple of meatballs. I wasn't able to eat it all but it was absolutely delicious!
