Open 7am-11pm Monday-Thursday, 7am-12am Friday & Saturday and 7am-10pm Sunday. This restaurant concept is a collaboration between Lettuce Entertain You Consulting Group and White Lodging Corporation with menu development being led by James Beard Award nominee Andrew Ashmore. The chef-driven menu is a fresh take on the Italian-American steakhouse with the flavors of a classic Italian kitchen and food that appeals to today’s diner.
