The thing with cheesesteaks is that our neighbors at Sugar Hill have incredible tasting cheesesteaks. They are the šŸ of South Jersey. Thereā€™s no point in competing with the best. Instead, we took our smoked brisket, added our homemade CooperĀ® Sharp American Cheese sauce, peppers, onions, and our bourbon barbecue sauce to make our own version of a cheesesteak. Itā€™s a great alternative that I implore you to try today.

Youā€™ve driven past us a hundred times.

Every time, same half second judgment. Old building, gravel lot, must be a biker bar. Same thing everybody said about Paragon and Testaā€™s and every joint on this road for forty years.

You were wrong.

Everything gets smoked in house. Sauces made in our kitchen, not poured out of a jug. Chicken thatā€™s never been frozen. This is shore food without the shore markup and without standing in a parking lot holding a buzzer for an hour of your night.

Do the math. Driving here and getting your food on the table still beats waiting on a walk up table down the beach. And our lot looking empty or packed means nothing. Weā€™ve got room either way.

Locals figured this out a long time ago.
