This weekend’s bakes also included a blueberry pie, cupcakes and chocolate chip and snickerdoodle bakery cookies, all of which I forgot to photograph because a medical emergency took me down hard. Hopefully the doc will be able to do something about this issue when I see her on Tuesday because it was scary.

My day, nay, my week! First batch of my yummy butter cookies dough for 200 cookies. This is 9 pounds. I’ll need another 10 to get them all baked. Flooding and hand painting 70 of them with backgrounds are done. Now it’s on to 200 royal icing transfers which I, admittedly, dont have a ton of experience using BUT failure is not an option!!! Stay tuned for these beauties when they’re done!!!
