The update y’all were waiting for 👀
We are completely overwhelmed with gratitude. 🥹

Our family was so incredibly disappointed after the unfortunate events at Bayfest last week forcing us to leave before the event even started. We were left with 24 dozen freshly baked cupcakes… and thanks to our community rallying behind us- we were able to sell 23 dozen within 48 hours. Thank you for turning a disappointing weekend into a beautiful reminder of why we love this community.

SO many of you have reached out asking what happened, and I’ll do my best to keep this professional, short and sweet. Vendors take a huge gamble every time they sign up for these big events- and as a business, we understand and accept that that gamble. Over the past 5 years- we have sold our cupcakes in 20 degree weather, blistering sun and pouring rain with a smile. HOWEVRRRR- charging vendors $175 only to force us into dangerously high winds in front of the Marina is a blatant cash grab. We couldn’t even keep our tables from flipping over, let alone sell our cupcakes. To expect small businesses to operate in such ridiculous conditions without any contingency plan is a total lack of respect for the community that supports these events.

With that being said… we are putting that to rest and focusing on something much more exciting!

Our Farmstand is opening in JUST ONE WEEK! 🥹

Our family has made a big decision to pour all of our heart and energy into our own space moving forward. We saw the need and wanted to create a more stable, reliable home for our business. Don’t worry- we will still be making appearances at local farmers markets and our favorite large events that understand sometimes rescheduling said event is what’s best for the community as a whole (looking at you 🫶)

This pivot allows us to focus on what matters most: serving our community in a space that is more reliable and consistent. We can’t wait to welcome you to our new home base! See you next week at Flock and Flour Farmstand! 🪴

Starting Wednesday- I am stocking up for a massive week at Motivated Mommies Sip & Shop and Bayfest, and I want to give you guys a chance to hitch a ride on my baking schedule! For this week only, you call the shots! I am waiving the one flavor per dozen rule and there is no order minimum!!!!

The hearted flavors are guaranteed to be in the oven, but my menu is constantly changing, so please let me know if you see a must have that doesn’t have a heart next to it. I can’t make any promises- but as always, I will do anything in my power to work with you.

The ONLY thing I ask is you be patient with me! I am a one woman show. It’s a wild week in the kitchen, and I am also taking care of my 4 small children (one of which is a newborn), homeschooling, and caring for a literal army of poultry. 🤣

More feathers, more flour. 🧁🥚

I have spent the better part of a year milling over a rebrand that allows me to combine both of my businesses in a more cohesive way.

Let’s be honest- It’s not exactly easy to find a way to combine a flock of 100+ Free Range Chickens, Children, Sebastopol Geese and Ducks 🐓🦆🪿— their organic, free range rainbow eggs… and CUPCAKES. 🤣

However, we bridged the gap and found a rhythm in between all of the loud, messy and constant chaos and powdered sugar. Flock and Flour Homestead was born. 🥹

A subdivision of Flock and Flour Homestead will be Flock and Flour Cupcakes — Previously Three Sisters Cupcake Company. 🧁

With four little kids, a humungous flock of free-range birds, and a kitchen that never sleeps, Flock and Flour is more than just a name— it’s our every day life and a reflection of how much our family has grown in the best ways.
