Another W**e Dinner in the books! 🍷

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us for our Louis Jadot Dinner! It was an incredible evening of great food, beautiful wines, and even better company.

We kicked off our four-course dinner with sausage-stuffed calamari, followed by our Chef’s favorite; sage and sweet potato ravioli with balsamic caviar and amaretti cookie.

For the main course, we served a 10-hour braised short rib, perfectly paired with Louis Jadot Bourgogne Pinot Noir. We finished the evening with a light, delicate financier to round everything out.

Thank you again to everyone who came out and made the night so special. 🍷

Tonight! 🥃

Thank you to all who joined us for our heavenhilldistillery dinner! Each course was accompanied by bourbon tastings and craft cocktails featuring: Heaven Hill, Old Fitzgerald, Widow Jane, Henry McKenna and Elijah Craig!

We started the night with a Formaggi tasting ft. Roth Cheese Moody Blue and Cypress Grove Humboldt Fog. Our second courses tastings were paired with a braised and grilled Spanish Octopus. For the main course, Whole Roasted Leg of Lamb carving. To finish, a unique Pistachio Baklava!

Four courses, plenty of bourbon, and a room full of great people. Cheers to Heaven Hill for a beautiful evening! 🥃
