Over the past few days, we’ve seen some hateful and hurtful comments directed toward Rumi Kabob House. As a family-owned Afghan restaurant, our goal has always been simple: to share the recipes and traditions that have been in our family for generations, and to create a warm space where everyone feels welcome.

Hate has no place at the dinner table. Food is meant to bring people together, not divide them. We believe that New Hampshire is stronger when its communities are diverse, inclusive, and open-hearted.

We invite everyone—neighbors, friends, and families from all walks of life—to come experience authentic Afghan cuisine made with love. To those who have shown us kindness and support already: thank you, it means more than you know.
