Dinner at the Ash Street Inn comes with more than what's on the plate.

Inside the renovated 1885 Manchester inn, guests gather around a 12-seat chef’s table for a five-course meal designed to feel intimate, creative and communal. Chef Nick Provencher cooks while connecting with the room, turning dinner into a shared experience where strangers often leave feeling more like friends.

New owners Michael and Fareena Pedler have filled the inn with color, character and discovery, from six uniquely themed guestrooms to playful design details inspired by the building’s stained glass. Whether you are staying overnight or just coming for dinner, the Ash Street Inn is offering something memorable: a seat at the table and a reason to start a conversation.

We don’t usually do brunch.

But for Mother’s Day, we’re making an exception.

Sunday, May 10
10am–12pm
Five courses
12 seats

It’s the same table, just earlier in the day.
A slower kind of start. A different kind of gathering.

Reservations are limited and prepaid.
Available on OpenTable.

If it feels like your kind of morning, we’ll save you a seat.

Ash Street Inn has been standing since 1885.
Not restored to perfection. Preserved with intention.

Six guest rooms throughout the house.
Twelve seats downstairs.
Dinner is served three nights a week.

It’s not a hotel.
It’s not just a restaurant.
It’s a place that’s meant to be lived in, even if only for a night.

Mornings are quiet.
Evenings have a way of unfolding on their own.

If you’ve been, you understand.
If you haven’t, we’ll have a room ready.

Curiosities, from Ash.

1970s Italy gave us this—an Oryk floating bar by Vittorio Parigi and Nani Prina. Molded plastic, chrome legs, ice tucked neatly inside. Portable, practical, and just strange enough to be perfect.

“It is ugly and weird and awesome.” —

We agree.

Still pouring.
