From a tiny matcha shop in Garden Grove… to international recognition. We called it the back bar. Everyone else calls it a startup.

As MR MATCHA celebrates 9 years⭐Our Ceremonial Matcha Gelato has earned a Great Taste 1-Star Award 2026. 🍵⭐

If you’ve never heard of Great Taste, it’s one of the world’s most respected food and drink awards. Based in the United Kingdom and recognized internationally, products are judged through blind tasting by chefs, buyers, food writers, and food industry experts on taste alone.

★ Simply delicious
★★ Outstanding
★★★ Exquisite

This award represents years of refining one product, one recipe, and one vision.

Thank you to everyone who’s supported MR MATCHA since 2017.
