Keda Cortao

Keda Cortao Pop-Up Mexican food & responsible Coffee. Rural Mexican food, coffee pairings. Provecho!

We are a local project dedicated to the community here in SoCal Coast towards a local location. Our goal is to branch emerging food cultures including Craft Roast Coffee, Local business, bakers, health food enthusiasts, Vegans, Vegetarian, and others with specific dietary needs. Complimenting these foods with coffees provide the dish's heritage added to enrich our patrons' taste experience. With

Keda Cortao we celebrate the hispanic cultures that give us these great tastes as well as explore new forms of carrying our traditions on, while embracing locally sourced produce. We'll also be having partnerships with local OC businesses to provide artisan products with minimal eco-footprint. We hope you continue to support us along with the community we represent keeping food and labor local.

Back in October, the British underwater photographer Henley Spiers stepped up at the last minute to give the keynote address to the annual festival run by the German Society of Nature Photographers. The advertised speaker, an Oscar- nominated filmmaker, pulled out with barely 24 hours’ notice, so Henley took the plunge. He didn’t display any nerves or trip up on any words; instead, he glided through 45 minutes of personal stories and breathtaking pictures that kept the 800-strong audience suspended in awe as if they were swimming beneath the waves with him.

But no one should have been surprised that he made it look so easy – when it comes to making the big life choices, Henley also favours diving in at the deep end. “The only wisdom I have to offer,” he says, “is to follow your heart and gut over your head when it comes to these big decisions.”

Extracted from my interview in the latest N-Photo Magazine. It was both a pleasure and honour to join the veritable who’s who of photographers Keith Wilson has interviewed over the years.

Unfortunately due to my supplier not having fish up to my standards this week (last few days we’ve been keeping eyes out to see improvement in what’s been seasonally available) I’m not feeling comfortable serving lesser quality fish for ceviche.
Instead were going to shift our focus back to our .eu fare, and ; both a and of beer and pork and 💯 as always. No onion, no garlic, no avocado, nothing we’ve heard of that could be a problem for the pups, so you can share with them if you so choose.

We replace all the garlic and onion flavor by using from who could probably explain it better, but it’s a herb related to celery and carrots that tastes like cooked onions and garlic when it’s cooked itself.

It’s an indoor market as permitted in LA county, so we’re keeping with regulations and trying to do our part by suggesting that everyone use the event rsvp to help spread out as best as possible.

Hopefully we’ll see some of you there and meet some new folks too

Working on some things to really represent properly with our .

Coffee should be simple, elegant, and impossible to ignore while at the same time be obviously true to its inherent roots. Espresso, milk. Garnish simply heightens the nose and ties them together with light sweetness as it goes.

Still working on bringing this to you lovely folks in the near future.

Seasonal ceviche with grilled shrimp, for street tacos ( tortillas or flour ) with handmade as well, roast and style marinaded in chiles and ‘s very own for that perfect resin-y marriage with the fruitiness of the chile before it hits that mesquite + plum wood smoke. Going to be awesome afternoon/ evening.
