Team Member Growth Spotlight ✨

Liz has been part of the 7 Leaves tribe for almost 6 years now! 🥳 She has been a big part of our management team during her time at the Westminster location and is now the Store Manager of her own location in Irvine! Here’s what she had to share:

“7 Leaves has been a big part of my experience in my personal and professional growth. I’ve been with the company for 6 years and have met so many new people. Whether it be with customers through my daily interactions or people I’ve worked with, every moment has meant so much to me!

You never know what impact you may have on others so always strive to be inspired and to inspire others!”

We love hearing about how working at 7 Leaves have brought people together and helped them build life long friendships. Meet Tracy and Lynne! Here’s what they had to share:

“One of the best parts of being part of the 7 leaves family is serving our communities and becoming part of one! There are countless connections you can make and so many opportunities to build life long friendships. We met back in 2018 at Disneyland through our coworkers from the Euclid location, and became great friends while working together at the Irvine location. If we had to describe our friendship, it would be supportive, goofy, and spontaneous. We're both grateful that 7 Leaves has given us the opportunity to meet and create a life long friendship.”

Happy 3 year work anniversary to one of our amazing Assistant Managers, Justin! Justin has grown so much during his time with us and continues to look for more opportunities of growth. We are thankful you’re part of our tribe 🥳

“Hello 7 Leaves family! Working at 7 Leaves so far has been extremely memorable and fun! I’m extremely fortunate to have an amazing support system. I would love to highlight my Store Manager. She has helped me grow within this company from a team member to her assistant store manager over the course of my 7 Leaves journey. Her nurturing management mentality truly inspired me to pursue improvement and stretch beyond my comfort zone. I would not be where I am at right now if it wasn’t for her.”

Ryan started working with us in 2016 and has held very important roles in our stores from Team Member to Shift Supervisor then Store Manager. From the experiences he gained in the last 7 years, Ryan is now the Area Manager for our Westminster and Brookhurst location 🥳

Here's what he had to share: "My journey with 7 Leaves has played a big part in my development as an AM. There is always something new for me to learn every day. My favorite part about this company is being able to collaborate with likeminded individuals who strive for growth and show perseverance. I also love being able to serve our team members and our communities. My take from my work experience here is to give it your all, have fun and always be the best version of yourself. I look forward to what this year has in store for us."
