As the temperatures start to cool down and fall settles in, we’re adjusting our hours at REO Town. We’ll no longer be open until 9 PM on Friday-Sunday and will be open **11am–8pm daily** going forward.

Thanks for spending part of your summer with us, and we look forward to a great fall. See you soon!

One of our biggest catering events of the season left us with a TON of burnt ends, and we need your help taking care of them.

Normally, we save up our burnt ends throughout the week and run a special every Friday and Saturday. But this time, we have way more than usual, so we’re bringing back the Burnt End Burrito while supplies last.

Brisket burnt ends, seasoned French fries, queso fresco, Mexican blend cheese, green onions and our sweet & savory sauce, all wrapped in a 12" tortilla for $16.99.

Just makin’ pickles, Rick 🥒

Our pickles are made entirely in-house with a recipe that takes an interesting new look at classic food. Rather than a condiment, Saddleback pickles are seen more as a palate cleanser, and like our cornbread is served with almost all of our dishes. Our recipe is based in vinegar with lots of sugar and salt. We also uniquely add in caraway seeds, along with cinnamon sticks, red onions and red pepper flakes, along with a few secret ingredients we can’t share. The cinnamon and red pepper flakes really get the pickles to pop, and altogether we give the customers a truly unique flavor and high-quality pickle, which is why we view them more as a treat than a side. While the perfect addition to any of our sandwiches, they taste just as good by themselves.

We LOVE catering weddings. ❤️

There’s just something special about being part of a couple’s big day, and getting to serve up a whole lot of BBQ while we’re at it. We love seeing people’s faces, especially when they’re getting seconds and thirds. Even saw a fourth this weekend 😊
