MAINE LOBSTER ROLL $25.99 // 5oz of chilled Maine lobster salad(mayo), with a pinch of iceberg

CONNECTICUT LOBSTER ROLL $27.99// 4.5oz of warm, butter dipped lobster

NOTES ON LOBSTER ROLLS
Last year we sold just over 2,000 lobster rolls during the Summer. When you sell that much of something, at least a handful of people will have a negative experience with it. Even though I know that, it bums me out if 5-10 people leave a bad review or comment about them because those stick in your head more than the positive ones. I don't want you to have a bad experience with our lobster rolls. So here are a couple thoughts that I hope can help guide your expectations;

These are on hot dog buns as is traditional in New England. Yes it's a $20+ sandwich, but that's not because they're biggest sandwich we sell. Some people will be full after eating one, some people could eat two and want more. The lobster we buy is like $50 a pound, comparatively our deli turkey is $5 a pound. I don't want you to feel ripped off by the price of these, I'd rather you buy something else you'll feel was worth it, like the shrimp roll or a nice turkey sandwich. We also go through an insane amount of real butter making these.

All our portions are strictly weighed out. I hope your roll looks just like my pictures, but if it doesn't I hope it's not too far off. I don't use AI or photoshop on our food pics. I'm gonna use the pics that look best though. Sometimes the roll gets cut a bit too deep and the meat is sitting down lower or it gets smushed down by the box.

We use frozen lobster. I worked at many restaurants in Maine that used frozen lobster for lobster rolls and it makes sense for us to use it too.

You might just not like lobster rolls. Just because it's expensive doesn't mean you're gonna love it.

But if you feel like we screwed it up, or it was bad, or it was a rip-off absolutely send us a message or leave a review, I just want to give realistic expectations heading into it for people who might have their first lobster roll with us. Thanks!
