We have nothing on our schedule this weekend. We have had a very busy 3 weeks and we have several busy weeks coming. We have chosen to give everyone a rest. A summer weekend off is unheard of for us but it's time to make an exception.

We have an outstanding group of people working for us. They work very hard and they care as much as we do about the food we serve. They deserve a weekend to enjoy their families and unwind a little.

We will be back at it on Tuesday. Hope to see you then.
