An October Specialty Dinner
For one night, dinner slips beneath the canvas of the Big Top, where fire, illusion, and a few surprises are waiting in the wings.
Join us for a four-course dinner where things may not always be quite what they seem…
🕯️ ILLUMINATION
A warm, savory mushroom bread course, brought to the table glowing and meant to be shared.
🎭 THE ILLUSIONIST
King trumpet mushroom paired with a deeply savory miso broth. Look closely… this course has a trick or two up its sleeve.
🔥 THE FIRE EATER
Slow-roasted pork belly with a touch of heat, paired with silky celeriac mashed potatoes and a few fiery details we’re keeping to ourselves.
🔮 MADAME ZARA’S CRYSTAL BALL
Chocolate, praline and popcorn come together for our final act, with the rest of Madame Zara’s prediction remaining a mystery until it arrives at your table.
