Hi everyone! I am so excited to share this post on Blossom Bakehouse Grand Opening Weekend! I got a first hand look today and I just want to say that you will love it! Some awesome changes were made from our original set up, but I assure you that the charm and the sweet deliciousness is overflowing! Whitney and Mercedes have done a wonderful job making their shop so quaint and special! And the sweet treats are just as tasty as they look! Cupcakes, Scones, Lady Lock Puffs, Chocolates, Dot Cakes, Loaded Brownies, Mini Pies and oh goodness, I can’t forget the jumbo size Gourmet Cookies in so many flavors! I encourage you make this a stop in your weekend plans as I know you’ll be hooked once again to all the sweet treats, U'll Scream gelato, cold drinks, chocolates and gifts that come from this Bakehouse in Mercer/Jackson Center! Congratulations Whitney and Mercedes! You did it!😊💐

I am thrilled to welcome Mercedes and Whitney of Blossom Bakehouse as they take the reins of my sweet shop! Over the past six weeks, they have worked alongside me learning the art of baking, candy making, and the traditions that have made Simply Sweets so special. I know they will continue bringing delicious treats, creativity, and joy to our wonderful community.
