Craig's Country Comfort Bakery Craig's Country Comfort Bakery is a local business located in Jackson Center. Owner Cindy Craig has been in the food business over 40 years.

Handmade from scratch baked goods year round and homegrown fresh flower bouquets seasonally. For any and all inquiries, please CALL. Orders CANNOT be placed through this page and will not be processed unless called in or inquired about in person. We only accept cash or checks. Sorry for any inconvenience! All items for sale are made FROM SCRATCH using our own special recipes. Craig's intends to give off a homemade vibe, hence the " country comfort" in our name. Besides the goods in our shop, we also bake buns for local businesses: Bob's Sub Shop (in Slippery Rock) and
Jean's Super Subs (in Grove City). During major holidays, order forms will be available with special and essential food items that can be picked up later. Christmas is our busiest time of year, so be sure to place an order asap! After Christmas, the bakery is usually closed for the month of January.

Good morning. We had a few dozen cutout cookies left yesterday. We'd like to offer them at a discount if anyone would like them. They are the sunflower and apple shapes. You may get a dozen of just one shape or the other or mixed. We're not going to repackage them. There are 13 dozen available at $10/ dozen. They were just made for our Saturday sale and they keep well in the clamshell packaging. Reply here if you'd like some and we'll put your name on them. Since today is Sunday, no pickups today. Pickup tomorrow at your convenience. They'll be in the shop, bagged with your name. Cindy will be home, maybe not in the shop, so it's OK to leave the money in the box on the counter. If you reply that you'd like some, we'll respond with confirmation. Only 13 dozen left of the 75. Thanks! And thanks to all who came out yesterday. It was a beautiful morning!

Good morning! Cindy cut a few flowers this morning and she'll cut more as needed. She'll have bouquets today and tomorrow in her flower shed. They'll stay cool and fresh in there. There's also fresh eggs in the cooler in the shop.
We haven't decided on the next pop up day. There's some weekends that won't work, our helpers have some commitments. We'll figure it out and let you know.
