We are open Monday thru Friday and do Festivals and catering on the weekends. We serve Slow cooked food served fast! Lots of Hickory smoked favorites to
choose from such as Pulled Pork, Ribs, Brisket, Chicken, Turkey, Wings. We also have a

Our 3 day weekend has been full of Catering! That's right, Saturday, Sunday and Monday! Today took us to Alum Creek for a Beautiful 40th Birthday party! We say all the time, summer time means the actual restaurant is usually slower, BUT, catering and bulk pickups are way busier!! It all balances out pretty well!
