We are open Monday thru Friday and do Festivals and catering on the weekends. We serve Slow cooked food served fast! Lots of Hickory smoked favorites to
choose from such as Pulled Pork, Ribs, Brisket, Chicken, Turkey, Wings. We also have a
full line of 1/2 pound fresh burgers, hot dogs, salads, fries, and homemade sides.

A rare summer Saturday off for all of us! We were able to go watch Nicki and Nick's oldest son Carter at his cross country race! It was a very early start, which made for a beautiful setting! We are very proud of him, he managed to cut off over 2 minutes from his time from last years race! We even got to get in on Nicki's birthday lunch from Mom and Dad! 😉
Next week we will be closing early on Friday and then CLOSED Labor day week for Vacation! CLOSED SEPTEMBER 7-14.
Be sure to get any orders in, Friday before 3 will be your last chance to get Ridgeview for a week!
We will have some peach cobbler on Tuesday! If you missed out on Friday, be sure to stop in on Tuesday, it will go fast!
