It’s appetizer day at MtnESC. I always enjoy delivering to them as they have the cutest displays waiting for me. Today was football themed. 🏈
Menu: Ham and cheese sliders. Lil’ smokies in a blanket. All beef meatballs in a sweet and tangy glaze. Queso corn dip with tortilla chips. A graze box with blueberry goat cheese ball. Pasta salad with sun dried tomatoes, grape tomatoes, parmesan cheese, cucumbers, artichoke hearts, fresh herbs. Thank you Mtn for today’s booking. I appreciate you!

I was lucky enough to secure a tree at Holly Jolly Brawley again this year. Yay! Can’t wait!🎉 I’ll probably ask for recipes again …I just think it’s the sweetest thing to see hand written recipes hanging from our tree that bring each one of us memories. Like I said last year, it’s OUR tree.

Hi everyone! Here’s the menu for this coming *WEDNESDAY* (9/23) individually packaged dinners to go.

It’s so nice having food prepared and ready in your fridge when you don’t feel like cooking! I’ve benefited from my own meals recently and it’s great if I do say so myself!

-Please read-

1.) CHICKEN BOWL:
Chicken breast, rice, broccoli, mandarin oranges, dried cranberries, and toasted chopped pecans. $18 with garden salad. $15 with no salad.
If you don’t want nuts please tell me when ordering.
If you don’t want a salad please state -no salad- when ordering.

2.) PORK LOIN & POTATOES:
Oven roasted pork loin smothered in a mushroom gravy, mashed potatoes, fresh al dente green beans.
Seasonal salad with mixed greens,apples and dried cranberries.
$19 with salad
No salad $15
If you don’t want a salad please state -no salad- when ordering.

We are everywhere today! Two orders already went to the PJs (private jets) in Charleston this morning and this lunch order went to Spencer with the client.

Fresh fruit, veggies, and cheese. Assorted sandwiches. Garden salad. Pasta salad with lots of add ins: Sun dried tomatoes, artichoke hearts, cucumber, grape tomatoes, celery, parmesan cheese, fresh parsley, black olives.
Sweets: Chocolate chip cookies. Blueberry cookies. Brownies. Yum!
Y’all I took sugar cookie dough, added lemon zest and cinnamon then folded in fresh blueberries. They’re really good!
