Business is booming and for years it's been a challenge for us to be able to answer our phone during busy times. With only one phone and one line, most everyday during those peak eating hours we would miss many calls simply because we were on the line taking another order and unable to answer calls simultaneously...Until Now!
These past few weeks we have been integrating an A.I. answering service that can answer unlimited simultaneous calls, therefore increasing our customers chances of getting their orders into us, when they want!
We realize most everyone doesn't like speaking to a machine for many know reasons. But, it's something we all must face as the years go on that A.I. wil be an even bigger part of business to increase efficiency. We wanted to make sure that this system was accurate (it really is incredible what it can do) and worked the way we envisioned before we introduced it. During this introductory phase response has been overall good. Some people dont like it, and thats okay. We get it. The A.I. can connect you to the shop directly if you wish, to give your order. But again, we may not be able to take that call because we are with another customer at that particular moment.
There's also a nice feature that allows you to receive a text with a link if you order from your cell phone that allows you to view your order to double check the accuracy and the status of your order. So far, this week alone we were able to receive over 100 concurrent calls that we would otherwise not have been able to receive if not for this service. So, it's a win for our devout customers and a win for us.
