Long before it made the menu, our Roast Mac & Cheese was one of our favorite lunch orders behind the counter. We finally decided it was too good to keep a secret!

Our house-made sharp cheddar truffle mac & cheese is topped with our tender, slow-roasted beef (yes, the same roast from Kathy's Pick!) for the ultimate comfort meal.

Fresh, creamy, and seriously addicting... let's just say Kathy and I have been known to enjoy one after a shift. 😅
