As many of you have read, Tiffany has accepted a position as General Manager of the Cafe Texan. We are continuing to operate as a catering company and are working on several options for the building. At this time the restaurant will not return for daily table service. We are working on options for to go and private events.

We will post more over the next week.

Please understand this was not an easy decision to come to, but we felt it was the best decision for our family. Please keep us in your prayers and we hope to see you all again very soon.

4lbs brisket
2lbs smoked sausage
Half pan of potato salad OR half pan of beans.
Feeds up to 16 people
$120

Brisket by the pound $25
Sausage by the pound $15
Pulled Pork by the pound $16
Half pan of sides $25 beans, potato salad or cole slaw
Chicken leg quarters - $10 per lb
Chicken breast bone in - $14 per lb

Special thanks to our friends VeraBank Huntsville for having us cater their winter weather lunch. Tiffany's famous chicken salad, pimento cheese and those amazing chips!

Some of you know we have been dealing with plumbing issues over the past month. We will be closing the dining room through the end of the month to work on the building issues. We will continue to offer catering during this time but will require advance notice.
