Italian Chopped Salad ⤵️

Lettuce, tri-colored noodles, red onion, tomato, cucumber, cheese, pepperoni, salami. Your choice of dressing served with breadsticks and pepperoncinis. 🥗

P.S. If you ask your server for one italian and one ranch, mix them together and use that as your dressing- you won’t be upset! 🙂

Nick's Kitchen in Huntington is where the fried tenderloin started. It is also where the “Tenderloin and the Town” Blog started. It was an unseasonably warm February weekend and I decided to take my oldest son down to Nicks to write just about the tenderloin. I wanted to check out the Dan Quayle museum and go on a hike too. After the museum we hung out downtown visiting shops while waiting for the restaurant to open. On the drive home I realized I should write about ALL of it. Not just the sandwich, but the museum, shops, and the hike too. The T&T blog was born here - just like the tenderloin itself
