Day 3 of trying to add $1,000/week to our coffee shop ☕️

Here’s the thing…

We LOVE our little home in Huntington.

But a huge part of the community we built before opening the Clubhouse lives in Fort Wayne—which means we’re asking a lot of you to drive 30+ minutes for a cup of coffee.

So one of the biggest questions we’re trying to answer during this challenge is:

How do we become somewhere worth driving for?

Not just because the coffee is good.

Because you can get good coffee lots of places.

We want The Coffee Club to be somewhere you come for the drinks, but stay for the people, the events, the kids playing, the crafts, the conversations and the feeling that you belong here.

So we’re going to spend the next month testing some ideas. Some will probably work. Some will probably be terrible. 😂

But we’re showing you all of it.

We are training 1 of 3 new baristas tomorrow to backfill coverage from some of our college girls!

Clubhouse hours this weekend:

Saturday: 7am - 4pm
Sunday: 7am - 7pm

We are still running our unlimited cold brew club monthly membership for $30 and will be doing our Sunday social club deal on Sunday for $25 again (4 drinks and free play).

This week was really, really slow. We’d love if you spent a small piece of your weekend with us 🫶🏻

Hey, it’s Ally + The Coffee Club 👋🏼☕️🎀 and allow us to reintroduce ourselves.

We’re a coffee shop, a community space, professional chaos coordinators, and big believers that really good coffee can bring really good people together.

And we’re trying something new.

I recently put my sales hat back on in my career, and it got me thinking… why aren’t we putting that same energy into The Coffee Club?

So we’re making it a challenge:

Our goal is to increase Coffee Club sales by $1,000 PER WEEK by the end of September. 👀

And we’re going to bring you along for all of it—the ideas we try, what works, what completely flops, the numbers, the behind-the-scenes, and everything we learn along the way.

Can a little coffee shop in Huntington, Indiana add another $1K in weekly sales in a month?

16oz. Served chilled with no ice. Makes 2 drinks over ice. $8/ drink. Last for 7 days - just refrigerate and shake before consuming.
