✨ Our largest event to date… and it was absolutely stunning. ✨

This 225-person wedding at the RCU Discovery Center at Camp St. Croix was one for the books. The venue itself is breathtaking, and somehow this entire event came together so beautifully thanks to an incredible team.

Our 24-foot grazing table was packed with cheese, charcuterie, fresh fruit, vegetables, loaded hummus, smoked salmon, pinwheels, pasta salad, broccoli salad, and two gorgeous Caprese salads from my friend Mei Mei. Warm items from Chef Ben at Hud Co To Go included chicken kabobs, pulled pork, and a spinach artichoke dip that had guests coming back for seconds (and thirds!).

And the florals? Absolutely perfect, as always, thanks to Tiffany at Blooms for Happiness. She never misses.

I’m so proud of this table, my team, and all of the amazing local businesses that helped bring it to life. Our biggest graze yet—and I honestly couldn’t have imagined it turning out any better. 🧀💕✨
