Just can’t tell you how many times Hudco To-Go has saved lunch. Feeding OURSELVES is not always on the to-do list.
Their sandwiches are fast and easy, right around the corner here in downtown Hudson. They have a bunch to choose from and their oven makes them PERFECTLY warm and toasty in about a minute.
For $6 you walk out the door with a delicious sandwich. PLUS you get all the fixings at no additional charge. That’s right; lettuce, tomato, pickled vegetables, giardiniera, onion, and about 25 different sauce choices.
This sandwich is on toasted cranberry wild rice bread with pulled, white meat chicken and swiss cheese. Because I was eating it in the car I went with just spicy ranch for toppings.
