🚨 NEW YORK STYLE ON HIATUS 🚨

Our New York style pizza was born out of our passion for exploring and continually learning about pizza. What started as research and development quickly became a weekly special—and a favorite for many of you.

As 2026 has progressed, demand for Melt has continued to grow, bringing new challenges in production, staffing, and inventory. After a lot of consideration, we realized that producing a fourth dough style in-house is no longer the best way for us to deliver the consistency and quality we expect from ourselves.

For now, we’re choosing to focus our efforts on keeping our core menu fully stocked and available for both dine-in and takeout, while continuing to make those pizzas the best they can be.

This isn’t goodbye to New York style—just a pause. We look forward to bringing it back when the timing is right.

Competition is always a rewarding experience, but this one felt especially meaningful. Traveling to the birthplace of pizza and sharing in the love of the craft was something I’ll never forget.

One pizza exceeded my expectations. The other threw some last-second surprises my way. You can prepare, practice, and plan for months, but everything can change in an instant once you hit the competition floor.

Everyone is chasing the same dream of hearing their name called. But in many ways, the journey of trying to get there might be worth just as much as the goal itself.

I’m incredibly proud of the work that went into this competition and grateful for every part of the experience. Being surrounded by such a talented and passionate group of pizzaiolos in the city where pizza was born was both humbling and inspiring.

Representing Stillwater and Melt Pizza Company on the world stage was something I’ll never forget.

Thank you to everyone who helped make this experience possible and unforgettable:
