Ancona Bistro Italian Restaurant - BYOB Ancona Bistro is the newest addition to Morris County’s stylish restaurant scene bringing wonderful flavor and ambiance.

The sophisticated interior is warm and welcoming and the staff extends that feeling to each and every patron. Ancona Bistro offers an array of beautifully presented antipasti, salads, entrées, and desserts. The cuisine is a combination of traditional northern Italian classics and state-of-the-art fare. All of the dishes are prepared with an emphasis on using on the freshest, prime ingredients, keeping the integrity of traditional dishes while incorporating a new style, with the focus on taste. The menu at Ancona Bistro represents food in its finest form, showcasing the best ingredients that can be found and marrying them together in a way that is simple, natural, and barely manipulated. After years of working in and managing a number of New Jersey’s restaurants, such as Café Azzurro, Torino, Dora, Janina Bistro and Brasserie 513, we wanted to create an environment that would serve as a meeting point, where people gather to relax and indulge their love of food with a superior bite to eat while enjoying a casual atmosphere with attentive and professional service.
