This month's menu is inspired by some classic Italian flavors—bright citrus, beautiful florals, and rich coffee creations that we're excited to share with you.
The menu officially launches August 1, but consider this your first look. Stay tuned for drink reveals over the next few days.

❤️ Help Support Lacey's Mission to Tanzania 🇹🇿
Many of you know Lacey, one of our amazing baristas here at Waterloo Coffee Company. This summer she has the opportunity to travel to Tanzania to serve at Neema Village Orphanage, helping care for children and supporting the incredible work being done there.
The best part? Lacey has already paid for her trip. This fundraiser is not for travel expenses—every dollar donated and every item collected will go directly to benefit the orphanage and the children they serve.
We're asking our Waterloo family to help in one of two ways:
✨ Donate needed supplies (see list below) ✨ Give financially through Lacey's Venmo (100% of funds raised will be used to purchase supplies and support the orphanage)
📍 Supply donations can be dropped off at Waterloo Coffee Company.
Most Needed Items
• Liquid Vitamin D drops for babies
• Nasal bulbs
• Disposable diapers (sizes 2 & 3)
• Large bottles of hand sanitizer
• Slow-flow bottle ni***es (preemie and regular)
• Newborn/preemie hats
• Saline mist or nasal drops
• Nasal antihistamine
• Children's toothpaste
Additional Needs
• Scent-free or aloe baby wipes
• Baby soap for sensitive skin
• Baby shampoo/body wash
• Vaseline
• Educational toys (no batteries)
• Twin mattress protectors
• Twin and infant bed sheets
• Large feeding bottles
• Children's books and chapter books
• Boys' and girls' clothing (4 months–2 years)
• Baby shoes (1½–2 years)
• Johnson's baby oil
• Legal pads and sticky notes
Every donation, whether it's a pack of diapers, a children's book, or a financial gift, will make a tangible difference in the lives of these children.

Our baristas have been hard at work creating their own original drink recipes, and now it's time for you to decide who takes home the title. Each competition drink will be available for a limited time, and every purchase gives you the chance to taste, vote, and support your favorite creation.
From creative coffee concoctions to refreshing specialty drinks, this year's lineup is packed with talent, flavor, and a little friendly competition.

✨ We are OFFICIALLY OPEN in Round Rock! 🤎
Yesterday’s Grand Opening absolutely meant the world to us.
Seeing so many familiar faces, families, friends, and new customers walk through our doors made it feel like home from the very first day.
Thank you for showing up, waiting in line, cheering us on, and supporting our little coffee dream as it grows into something bigger. We truly couldn’t do this without our community.
This new space may be small, but it is filled with big heart, Texas-roasted coffee, and a whole lot of love for people and community — the things Waterloo has always been about.
We are so grateful for each of you and so excited for all the memories ahead in our Round Rock shop.
