The Smitty latte started with a regular latte that I used to get at a local coffee house here in Fort Wayne back in 1998. However, I would always kick the latte up a bit by adding a little sugar and cinnamon. That was my go-to for many morning commutes between my home and the office. So now that The Light House is making its way into its 6th year, I am happy to say that a lot of people seem to like it as well, because it is one of the favorites on the TLH menu. Give it a try if you haven’t yet.
