💚 Pistachio Ice Cream 💚

Some flavors are more than just ice cream… they’re memories.

When I was young, one of my favorite things was sitting with my granny, talking about my dreams, life, and everything in between while eating pistachio ice cream together. That flavor always stayed with me. Unique. Comforting. Special.

I knew one day I had to recreate that beautiful flavor here at Moo-Over. ✨

Our Pistachio Ice Cream is made from scratch with our almond base, real pistachios, and that soft green tint I always remembered — naturally colored with green spirulina.

It’s creamy, nutty, nostalgic, and truly one of those flavors that feels like a story in every bite. 💚

Just a reminder — this is one of our rotating flavors, which means it will be leaving us soon. But for now… it’s here waiting for you.

Okay friends… we need your help! 👀🍫

One thing about Moo-Over is we make SO much from scratch in house… and sometimes experiments don’t go exactly as planned 😂

We were making our homemade crunch/toffee and our scale decided to act up, which threw off the ingredient ratios a bit. The good news? It still tastes AMAZING. It has that sweet buttery crunch you all love… it’s just a little chewier and has more almonds than our normal recipe.

So now we’re thinking… what should we do with it?! 🤔

• Fold it into cookies?
• Add it to brownies?
• Swirl it into ice cream?
• Something completely different?
