Last week we had the pleasure of hosting and cooking for (!) during her short visit to the area. I have long admired Isa for her clever and creative cookbooks and for her commitment and drive running her restaurants. She taught me about cooking from the heart, sticking to your guns and creating a special place for people (even if it’s on the Internet).

We are looking for some part-time help! As the summer winds down and our wonderful Spacekittens go back to school, we are looking for some weekday help with a few weekend hours sprinkled in. We need help taking good care of our customer friends and we need help in the kitchen making all of our scratch made food!
We will thoroughly teach you our menu 🥑 and our weird mysterious ways. Customer service experience is nice. Cooking and prepping experience would be pretty cool too but not required. Mostly we are looking for good people who like to help and look out for others, learn quickly, work hard and want to part of something special. Short week, just the hits guys!! 😻 Our Brown Bag Lunch of the Week is this stacked little fella— “Don’t Go B*c*n My Heart” 🥓💔. Housemade tempeh b*c*n and carrot b*c*n together at last with creamy vegan onion mayo, juicy tomato, and crunchy lettuce. Our BBLOTW comes with a side salad and two house cookies to keep your little heart aloft all day!

Hold onto your socks… Because we have a short week this week due to Dream Cruise, we are making every day count. Guess what our grilled cheese of the week is? Sweet Dreams are Made of Cheese is a doozy of a special grilled cheese! Our delicious cashew cheese sticks are fried and then melted on buttery crunchy bread with MORE cheese to put you into a sweet cheesy dream state. Cheese on cheese… with butter. Served with a side of our rich house marinara for an extra homey touch. Let’s do this. **CONTAINS CASHEWS AND GLUTEN**

Since we are closed this weekend for Dream Cruise, we are making it up to you with CHIMICHANGA PARTY WEEK! 🎉 That’s right.... Wednesday through Friday this week, all chimis all the time. And don’t forget we are open until 6pm on Thursday! 🎊 Roasted potatoes, housemade Spacecat sausage, Burmese tofu, onions and shredded cheese stuffed to the seams of a tortilla, deep fried and topped with cashew sour cream and zesty pico. This vegan deliciousness will cure whatever ails you 💛😻

Sometimes we go a little overboard....this is one of those times 😹. But we are closed next weekend and we want to woo you to come in this weekend! 😽
The Hashcat Breakfast Bun is a huge sandwich stacked with a savory potato cake, Burmese tofu, vegan cheddar, tempeh b*c*n, tomato, avocado and... wait for it...vegan hollandaise! All on a sesame seed bun that barely holds it all together. Served with a side of warm garlic greens or brunchy potatoes. 🙀. See you soon!!

Join us for our first Spacecat Supper Club Thursday 8/6! We will be open until 6 PM all Thursdays in August to see if we can work the kinks out and if it works for you! Dine in and delivery orders taken up until 530, carry out orders taken up until 6 o’clock. We can’t wait to see you whether you have time to dine in with us or if you grab a bag of Spacecat to bring home and be the most popular person in the house😻💕.
