The Sassy Chick is our delicious Weekend Special! 😽🔥. We made big fluffy sweet potato biscuits, slathered them with maple butter, and topped it with our juicy chkn patties and a spicy jalapeño slaw. Happy National Fried Chkn Day! At Spacecat we make all of our Chkn in small batches by hand and then bread them and deep fry them before they become a sandwich or fingers for dipping in one of our delicious sauces or they become thecoolest of the chkns—- Frankie’s Hot Chkn Fingers! Our dough is made from vital wheat gluten and super secret spices to create our signature chkn. It is one of our points of pride that we don’t simply buy a chemical filled ready-made product to serve you as scratch made. We are back here scratching I promise you. Mila has put together all of her favorite flavors into a beautiful melty grilled cheese that looks like a lovely sunset! Fried Spacecat chkn tossed in Magic Sauce, carrot b*c*n, pickled red onions, Dill Ranch and melty cheese on crunchy buttery sourdough bread! Coco has been part of Spacecat for five of our six years operating in Ferndale. She has helped us develop our standards for the dining room and has been a wonderful contributor to what makes the cat tick. But we believe in supporting everyone’s dreams and giving them the confidence and momentum they need to start their next journey. Coco‘s last day with us will be Saturday, June 27 as she embarks on a new adventure. Stop in and say hi or leave her a comment below if she ever made your Spacecat visit a little better. We sent her off with love and gratitude for all the time, focus and care she has invested in us

Our phone line is currently down. 😫. We experienced an electrical surge which knocked out our sandwich prep table ( thanks to Heather and Evelyn everything has been remade and replenished🙌) as well as a number of outlets upfront including our POS. We can still take orders but we lost our ability for tap to pay so heads up there. We hope to have this remedy tomorrow. In the meantime please use our website to place your order and send good vibes our way. We could use them🫠
