We like to think that we have a ghost at Spacecat who is responsible for weird noises, shadows and things randomly falling. He’s good natured and mischievous, just like the fuzzy cats he loves. 👻 In his honor we give you the Toby’s Beeting Heart Brown Bag Lunch of the Week. Carrot hummus, beets roasted with beautiful fall flavors, red onion and spinach on lightly grilled bread, served with a cool side salad and two house cookies.
