Dinner Club Pop Up Dinners with Chef Matthew Baldridge and artist Janna Coumoundouros located at 310 W. 9 Mile, Ferndale, MI.

The Dinner Club was created by Chef Matthew Baldridge along with artist Janna Coumoundouros and gallery owner and musician Derek John. Matt was the executive chef at Cliff Bell's and has also worked side by side with James Beard award winning chef Jimmy Schmidt at The Rattlesnake Club. He has French influences in his menu creations with a modern twist and also works with local growers and urban fa

rmers to develop the best cuisine possible based upon the season. Janna, owner of Lilacpop Studio is a professional artist and photographer (and occasional sous chef). "Dining is not only about sustainance, it's about the entire experience. It should be the food, drink, and the people you share this with. Then incorporate art, music, and great conversation and that is the experience we are striving to achieve with this dinner club," says Matt. They aim to fill a void in the arts and entertainment community by providing something different and interesting to do. This will be a communal dining experience with amazing food without all the pretentious attitude. Most pop up's are BYOB and the wine pairings are provided on the website.
