The cocktail that started with an olive!

Back in 2020, we discovered Tangerine Chili Olives and immediately decided they were way too good to just sit quietly on a garnish tray. So, naturally, our Bar Manager Janel Marie built an entire cocktail around them.

Enter Yuzu Vicious:

•Don Julio Blanco Tequila
•Orange Curaçao
•Monin Yuzu Purée

A day we’ll carry with us forever…

These were taken this past July at Beats & Builds one hell of a block party that Rob, Syndicate, and an incredible team brought to life together. Rob was always a huge supporter of Syndicate, constantly encouraging the vision, showing up, collaborating, and wanting to see everyone around him win.

There was a mutual respect for what we were both building, and we were already talking about what we would do next. It’s heartbreaking knowing this was our last event together, but we’re incredibly grateful we got to create something this special.

Beats & Builds will continue in Rob’s honor, and we’ll make sure his energy, passion, and legacy remain a part of it.

Thank you for believing in Syndicate and being part of our story, Rob. Rest in peace. You will be deeply missed. 🖤
