e journey that all of us farmers, growers, gardeners, cooks and chefs put into this whole process that delivers all the feels that go along with "Farm to Fork" slogans. I am here to open the door between farmers, growers and suppliers to connect them directly with my customers! I have worked very closely with a lot of small farmers, growers, producers, bakers, tea makers, coffee roasters and more and now I have the privelege to bring all of these aspects to the table, to my customers table! People laugh when I am 3 days in front of an event and holding no menu, just pieces, ideas, and thoughts. It's that moment I send the messages out to my friends asking what's in stock? What do I have to play with today? That's the moment I live for! The creation of delicious food with some of the most delicious ingredients I have sourced from my friends and neighbors to then turn around and share it with all of you, my community, that is what I love! My menu will change like the Midwest Season. I don't believe in doing the same thing over and over and over. I love to try new ideas out, new ingredients, new fun things and I am always open for ideas!! I may not run with it, but it may help inspire the finished product! I'm an open book!
