They say "When you know, you know", well there is no doubt in my mind where I belong, mind, body and soul. I LOVE every aspect of food!! We hear the phrase, "From Farm to Table", well it's really so much more then that! It's so much more then "Farm to Fork", it's about th

e journey that all of us farmers, growers, gardeners, cooks and chefs put into this whole process that delivers all the feels that go along with "Farm to Fork" slogans. I am here to open the door between farmers, growers and suppliers to connect them directly with my customers! I have worked very closely with a lot of small farmers, growers, producers, bakers, tea makers, coffee roasters and more and now I have the privelege to bring all of these aspects to the table, to my customers table! People laugh when I am 3 days in front of an event and holding no menu, just pieces, ideas, and thoughts. It's that moment I send the messages out to my friends asking what's in stock? What do I have to play with today? That's the moment I live for! The creation of delicious food with some of the most delicious ingredients I have sourced from my friends and neighbors to then turn around and share it with all of you, my community, that is what I love! My menu will change like the Midwest Season. I don't believe in doing the same thing over and over and over. I love to try new ideas out, new ingredients, new fun things and I am always open for ideas!! I may not run with it, but it may help inspire the finished product! I'm an open book! 🥳🥳🥳 PROUDLY INTRODUCING MY FUN NEW FAIR/FESTIVAL PROJECT🥳🥳🥳

I have been trying to get into the Pierce County Fair since I had my shop and there were never any openings available.

After having some fun with the stand and baking for everyone, I thought...I am gonna reach out again this year and just see if by chance there are any booths open that would allow me to sell my baked goods, figured the worst they could say was no...again..

Well.....this lady right here will be occupying Booth #4 in the Round Barn!! Swing in for a taste of Bite Me Bakery where all items are bite size for easy walking and snacking served with a side of Steph sass 🤭 and fun toppings!!

Also, I am heading out of state soon for an extended vacation so the booth will be closed for a bit after this weekend! I have attached my calendar as well so you guys can see when I'm around and open.

If you have suggestions for what you would like to see this weekend, now's the time to let me know!!

I am trying out some fun new recipes this weekend, so hopefully you all swing by for a chance to stock up on goodies, to get you through til I see you again at the fair!

Soooooooo.....slight change of plans to the Sunday Stand!!

I have sold sooooo many cinnamon rolls in the last couple weekends that I realized that I went through every last pastry box I had on hand!🤯

So, I'm sorry to break hearts but my plan for Savory Roll Sunday is going to have to wait til next weekend.

‼️I will not have rolls at the stand tomorrow‼️

I do have a couple packs left from today that I threw in the freezer as well as some singles so if you would like to try one of the flavors or a few let me know and I will grab them out for you!

I did make some new cookies as well as brownie bite cups and double and single pack brownies.
I will be making scones and little coffee cakes in the morning for breakfast items.
Starting tomorrow I will have a suggestion/comment jar, if you have anything you want to relay, I would love to hear from you!!

If you have been to the stand and love your treats, please leave a review so others know what to expect!!

Was great to see so many people out this morning, at one point I went to add more items and I had 3 cars out front all shopping and chatting, a long time customer, a new customer and another who simply couldn't decide what roll flavor combination box she wanted, as there were so many choices this morning!!

Thank you for your continued support and giving me the opportunity to keep doing what I love!! You guys amaze more and more every weekend!

Now that I've had a nap, it's time to get back to it!!
If you are need of treats for the weekends celebrations, Saturday and Sundays menus are filled with all kinds of fun festive treats like apple pie bars, blueberry pie bars, strawberry shortcake cups, confetti cookies, m&m cookies, caramel apple rolls, scones and more!!
Remember to get your preorder in for rolls by 8pm to ensure you get some!
Today they went as soon as they hit the tables!
