Pearson’s Candy Company told Minnesota officials it will permanently shut down the West Seventh Street plant and lay off about 80 employees at the end of September.

📺 This Wednesday, River Falls takes center stage on the Fox 9 Town Ball Tour.

Come cheer on the back-to-back state champion River Falls Fighting Fish as they take on the Hudson River Rats at First National Bank of River Falls Field.

The live broadcast begins at 5 PM with River Falls Baseball facing West St. Paul. Between games, Joshua Lassi Music will keep the crowd entertained before the 7:30 game.

⚾ Let’s fill the stands and show the Twin Cities what River Falls town ball is all about.
