We’ve heard quite a few requests for avocado, and we’re excited to try this new special!

Toasted sourdough topped with smashed avocado, feta cheese, and balsamic glaze, with the option to add an egg. 🍳

🇺🇸 Happy 4th of July Weekend! 🇺🇸

We have some exciting news: Beginning next week, The Lighthouse Cafe will be open 7 days a week! 🎉

We will be closed Saturday, July 4th so our staff can enjoy the holiday with their families, but we’ll be back open Sunday morning.

This weekend’s specials include our very American 🇺🇸 Steak & Potato Omelette—filled with sliced steak, seasoned hash browns, American cheese, mushrooms, and onions, topped with fresh tomatoes.

We’ll also have Chocolate Peanut Butter Pancakes all weekend long! 🍫🥜🥞

Last call for asparagus! 🌿🍳

This is the last weekend we’ll be serving our Bacon & Local Asparagus Omelette. Once we run out of asparagus, that’s it until next season!

We’re also excited to introduce a new special: Huevos Rancheros! They’re not exactly traditional, but they’re packed with flavor and definitely worth a try. 🍳

And don’t forget, our Chocolate Peanut Butter Pancakes, The Lighthouse Monte Cristo, and Yogurt Parfaits are all still available. Plus, as always, we’ll have our Eggs Benedict special on Saturday.

We’re introducing a new special tomorrow: Chocolate Peanut Butter Pancakes! 🍫🥜 We took our classic sweet cream pancake recipe, turned it chocolate, added peanut butter chips, and topped it all with whipped cream. They are so yummy! 😋

We’ll still have our Bacon & Local Asparagus Omelette, the “Lighthouse Cristo”, and yogurt parfaits available as specials.

Saturday specials are looking pretty delicious! 🍳

For tomorrow only, we’ll be featuring Doug’s latest creation: a Chorizo & Chimichurri Benedict. Poached eggs and chicken chorizo patties on polenta cakes, topped with chimichurri and homemade lime hollandaise. 😋

Our Traditional Eggs Benedict will be available as well for those who prefer the classic!

We’ll also have Lemon Blueberry Pancakes, Bacon & Local Asparagus Omelettes, and The Lighthouse Monte Cristo.

A customer favorite is making its return: Lemon Blueberry Pancakes! 🍋🫐

We’re also trying something new: our take on a Monte Cristo, featuring a fried egg, ham, and Swiss cheese with mustard, served on croissant loaf French toast and paired with mixed berry jam for dipping. Sweet, savory, and worth a try!

And, as always, we’ll have our Eggs Benedict special ready for all of our Benedict lovers. 🍳 And the Asparagus omelette is also still available!
