With school starting and summer coming to an end, we thought we’d bring you something to really sweeten the end of the season!🍑☀️

Our Chef is bringing you something unique and original this weekend with a Thai Peach and Chicken Stir Fry and a delicious Shish*to Pepper appetizer!

🍑 Thai Peach & Chicken Stir Fry
This flavorful dish is made with tender chicken, onions, red peppers, and locally sourced peaches from Barry Beemans Farm in Bear Lake. Everything is tossed in a house-made coconut Thai chili sauce, served over a bed of jasmine rice, and garnished with fresh lime and cilantro.

Flash-fried shish*to peppers tossed in our house-made ponzu sauce and topped with sesame seeds. Simple, savory, and the perfect way to start your meal!

Almost halfway through summer already?!?!

Don’t worry, because we still have plenty of great specials coming your way!

This week, our Chef is bringing you two delicious specials:

Beef Panang Curry
A rich, creamy, slightly sweet, and mild Thai curry made with thinly sliced tender beef, coconut milk, and fragrant kaffir lime leaves.

Unlike traditional red curry, Panang curry is made with toasted peanuts, coriander, and cumin blended into the curry paste, creating a rich, flavorful sauce that perfectly coats the tender beef. Every bite is creamy, savory, and absolutely delicious!

Florida Roll
A jam-packed roll filled with real lump crab, shrimp, avocado, and red peppers. Lightly battered and fried to a perfect golden crisp, then finished with a drizzle of our house-made wasabi crema.

Whether you’re looking to start your meal with something delicious or want to keep the whole thing for yourself, this roll is definitely worth trying!

After an amazing and fun 4th of July, we’re back and bringing you some amazing specials! Our Chef has put together two delicious dishes to help start your weekend off right! 🍽️

🥩 Beef Kushiyaki

These Japanese-style skewers are threaded with tender beef, red peppers, and whole shiitake mushrooms. The beef is marinated in our house-made fruity yet savory soy-based marinade before being grilled to perfection with a light char.

The result? Tender, savory-sweet beef finished with an extra drizzle of our house-made marinade. Served with jasmine rice, pickled onions, and cucumbers.

🍣 King Roll

A delicious sushi roll with fresh salmon and cucumber inside, topped with freshly cut avocado and drizzled with our homemade honey sriracha sauce.

With the 4th of July right around the corner, our Chef is bringing specials that really BANG!

This week, we’re featuring Bang Bang Shrimp Lettuce Wraps and Hong Shao Salmon!

Hong Shao Salmon
Inspired by the classic Chinese technique of red-cooking fish, our salmon fillets are pan-seared and then simmered in a rich, savory, sweet, and tangy reduction made with soy sauce, Shaoxing wine, and black vinegar. Served with fragrant jasmine rice and grilled bok choy.

Bang Bang Shrimp Lettuce Wraps
Everyone’s favorite is back! Crispy, bite-sized fried shrimp tossed in our house-made Bang Bang sauce—creamy, savory, and with just the right amount of spice. Wrapped in fresh romaine lettuce with a nice crisp Asian slaw
