What if dinner became the show? 🔥

We often get asked as part of our open-fire feasts to incorporate Asado-style cooking, not only for the incredible smoky flavour, but for the beauty, theatre, and history behind cooking a whole animal over fire.

The Wild Kitchen custom builds each Asado cross by hand to fit the animal..whether it’s lamb, pig, deer, and more creating a slow, even cook that becomes part of the experience itself.

At The Wild Kitchen, it’s not just about the food but also the experience involving the food.

One of our favourite setups is our domes…dressed with whole meats, seasonal vegetables, and everything hanging over open fire. It becomes something between a dinner and a show, where guests can watch every part of the feast come to life right in front of them.

signature fire cheeses for garden party was a huge hit 🔥🧀

This dish is cooked entirely over open flame…whole cheeses placed in cast iron or directly over a grill above the fire, allowing the heat to slowly melt the centre while the outside blisters, bubbles, and caramelises. We serve it straight from the fire to the table while the rest of the menu continues cooking over the flames. It keeps guests gathered, engaged, talking, and sharing food together as the feast builds around them 🔥
