Introducing THE Fraisier Cake 🍓✨

A classic French-inspired strawberry cake made with a delicate Genoise sponge, silky Crème Mousseline, fresh strawberries, and layers of love (and maybe a tiny midnight kitchen crisis).

This one was made for my momma’s birthday after she requested a “real Fraisier” - so naturally I spiraled directly into a full pastry challenge and now we may never recover.

…BUT now we’re wondering:
