Coming back from Quebec City down the St. Lawrence Seaway! Was able to escape the boat for a couple of hours and take a whirlwind tour of the city. Even saw the combat ship Minneapolis-St. Paul returning from its commissioning in Duluth whilst grilling on the fantail. Some highlights of the trip out there:

1. Boldt Castle 2. Singer Castle 3. Old Lighthouse 4-6. The Fortress area of Old Quebec 7. Minneapolis-St. Paul

Been a busy beaver, here’s the update:

1. Bufington, Indiana. Not much to see here. TRIGGER ALERT: that’s Trump’s casino boat in the background.
2. Port Inland: not much here either except except rocks and trees.
3. Holland, Michigan. Much better scenery. It’s a 6 brewery town, so it has things happening, unfortunately I couldn’t get off. I could see New Holland Brewery from the Boat. 🙄

Beef Birria Tacos. These are real hot on the west coast right now. As they should be... Slow cooked Angus Chuck Roast simmered in a spiced blend of Ancho, Guajillo, and Chile de Arbol Peppers 🌶 I plan on making this a regular offering in addition to my tasty bowls!
