For tomorrow, meet the Gaijin: a bright, fruity, savory & seriously refreshing cocktail that brings together three exceptional ingredients:

• G4 Tequila- traditionally made using a tahona wheel, with no additives
• Heiwa Shuzou Strawberry Sake- 40% sake and 60% fresh strawberry juice made with strawberries from Wakayama
• Masumi Brewery Yuzu Shochu- a sake distilled with fresh yuzu from a brewery that dates back to 1662

A cocktail that’s playful and refreshing, yet complex and serious, letting each ingredient shine while creating something entirely its own.
