Our coffee is "specialty coffee”- beans that have been meticulously cared for
from the time they were planted until they reach your cup. Prodigy apprentices carry the baton across the finish line by applying the same level of masterful care to brewing that began at the source. It is our honor to be the final craftsmen on this journey to your cup. At Prodigy, young adults are invited to work as apprentices: humble learners of life, self, and work, within a high-standards craft coffeehouse. Here, latent talents become powerful assets.
