Beginning in 2006, Intelligentsia has worked with Aviano Coffee in Denver to build a coffee presentation that provides a unique, exceptional experience suited to the evolving expectations of a growing population of quality-focused consumers. Since implementing Intelligentsia's best practices, and through both active analysis and reflection, Aviano has implemented the essential aspects of coffee/tea preparation and menu development established, in part, by Intelligentsia. This collaboration has resulted in a new level of consumer awareness here in Denver. Leveraging quality and Intelligentsia's brand as a focal point, Aviano has established a formidable whole bean program that provides consumers in Denver with access to great direct trade coffees, prepared on-site or in their homes.
