We’ve been roasting coffee since 1996 Somewhere along the way, coffee people decided lighter automatically meant better. We don't agree.

Some coffees benefit from lighter development and others need more.

DAZBOG is not chasing a color. The objective is sweetness, body, balance and recognizable origin character.

The roast level isn't the goal. The cup is.

Our Svoboda Blend is a great example of a coffee roasted to the sweet spot of caramelization.
