Summer may be leaving, but our Asian Crunch salad isn't ready to let go.

Mixed greens, crisp apple, pickled red cabbage, crunchy fried wonton strips, peanuts for good measure, all tossed in a peanut vinaigrette that tastes like the last good pool day of the year.

Light enough for lunch, loud enough on flavor that you'll forget it's "just a salad."
