Ever wonder why it's called a Po' Boy? 🍤

The name dates back to New Orleans, where sandwiches were reportedly served to striking streetcar workers, known as the "poor boys" in 1929. The nickname stuck, and a Southern favorite was born.

Our version? Fried Shrimp topped with lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles and house-made remoulade sauce on a toasted hoagie roll.
